"Teaching Teens about Money" was created and implemented in 2014 as an enrichment program for an existing economics class. The target audience were seniors attending an all-girls high school in Southern California.
Designed into two parts, the program is comprised of four self-paced modules covering the money activities of: “Earn,” “Save,” “Spend,” and “Borrow.” Each lesson integrates multimedia components, interactive exercises, and formative quizzes to initiate active learning to a student population pre-disposed to a technological environment.
Created using Adobe Captivate 7, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML, and CSS.
Assessment compiled and reported using a Google Learning Management App.
